Living in Jerome has
always felt like being a part of a Northern
Exposure Episode.
For those of you who never
had the pleasure of watching Northern Exposure,
you must see what I mean.

The Year Kate Wolf
came to town and later wrote the town's a song.
For such a small town,
unusual things happen. Famous people come and
go, ordinary people stand out, oddities seem
familiar.
Five years ago I wrote a
feature for the Arizona Republic on Jerome and
its people - how I likened it to Northern
Exposure. You can read
it here.
One of the best parts of
watching the show was Chris Stevens radio show,
philosophizing and ponderings. Here are a few of
my favorite radio show transcripts.
